The mid-distance test is about to complete its registration quota.

The province of Huelva and the Portuguese Algarve will host the 21 of October the 5th edition of the Iberman, long and medium distance triathlon unique in the world. A little more than 4 months of the starting gun, there are already triathletes coming from all points of Spain, Portugal and European countries. The organization has announced that they are on the verge of completing the maximum number of registered in the middle distance test.

La Half Distance test It will only run through Portuguese soil, with arrival at the Paseo Maritimo de Monte Gordo, after traveling 1,9 km by swimming, the 90 km by bike between Monte Gordo and Alcoutim; and the 21,1 km foot race, in a three laps route between Monte Gordo and Vila Real de Santo Antonio.

For its part, LD test It will start in the Portuguese town of Vila Real de Santo Antonio, on the beach of Monte Gordo, and will be similar to the previous editions with two laps to a signposted route just ahead of the hotels to complete the 3,8 km planned. The cycling sector of 180 km approximately, with 2.000 meters of accumulated altitude, whose most demanding part will run through Portuguese soils to finish at the T2 in the Spanish town of Ayamonte. Later the triathletes will start the walking distance of 42 kilometers in the direction of Portugal to finish in the Monte Gordo promenade.
