3 distances to choose at the MD Salamanca Triathlon
The test has already closed registrations in the Olympic distance and already has 600 participants.
The next June 30 will be held on Triathlon MD of Salamanca, that this year will host the Spanish Long Distance Championship, in addition to the tests of AquaBike, Olympic de middle distance that will be celebrated on the same day.
The Triathlon of Salamanca, is one of the most interesting in the Spanish scene, since you can compete in a city like Salamanca, where its historic center is a World Heritage Site in 1988 and also has a great atmosphere and cuisine to schedule a trip weekend.
The test will pass through places as emblematic as the Roman bridge, statue to Lazarillo de Tormes, Automotive Museum, la Church of Santiago or Art Nouveau Museum
4 tests in a single competition
El AquaBikeIt is a novel format that is gradually captivating triathletes, since it unites the swimming sector with the bicycle. The swimming they will have to do will be 3.000 meters over two laps, and then face 120 km of cycling at 3 laps to leave the bike in T2 and run to the finish line.
The test of long distance, which will be the Spanish Championship, will have the format of 3.000 meters of swimming, 120 kilometers of cycling and to finish 31,4 kilometers of running.
Format middle distance, will have the following distances: 1.500 meters of swimming, 80 kilometers of cycling and 20,96 kilometers of running
