Alexis Rodriguez and Sara Martín win the Cros de Fuentemolinos Duathlon. Qualifier for the Spanish Championship.

On a spectacular day for duathlon practice, if it had not been for the wind in some areas of the route, the qualifier for the Spanish Duathlon Cros Championship was held in the Burgos town of Fuentemolinos.

In the men's event, Alexis Rodríguez, from the Salamanca Triathlon Club, surprises by managing to take first position and thus surpass, after a tough race, the great duathlete and winner of the 2010 Cros Duathlon Ranking, José Almagro.

On the other hand, in the women's event, the first position on the podium has gone to Sara Martín, thanks to her strength and experience in the bike segment, leaving Monica Ortín and Vaness González in second and third position respectively.

In the club category, the first position has gone to Stadium Casablanca-Fertium, followed by Triatlón Salamanca and Ecosport Triatlón Alcobendas in second and third position respectively.
