The Half Distance test, the fourth edition of the Calima Challenge Posadas, will open registrations on Wednesday 1 of April. This test of the town of Posadas (Córdoba) has a great track record of organization behind him as is the Championship of Spain of Media Distance in 2013 and the Andalusia Championship of Media Distance in 2014. Undoubtedly with these precedents the fun is assured.

The 23 Sunday in August at the 8h30 will begin the test of middle distance. Under the distances of 1900m of swimming, 90km of cycling and 21km of running, this, which is already the fourth edition of Calima Desafío Posadas, will be the birthplace of the best top-level triathletes.
Subsequently, the 10h will begin the Sprint test, under a distance of 750m of swimming, 20km of cycling and culminating with 5km of running on foot. It will be the fourth round of the Andalusian triathlon circuit, and this will be more than a good reason to meet the best Andalusian and national triathletes to look for in Posadas, as it usually has, great quality and rivalry among athletes. Two distances joined in a single day to accommodate everyone.
The start will be again at the impressive Pantano de la Breña, to later take the Bike and pedal towards Palma del Río, Hornachuelos and finally get off the bikes to enjoy the walk through the streets of Posadas, a town with a living history of triathlon, with 27 editions behind it and endless applause in each of its houses. This town where triathlon is another party of the year and where, at the same time as triathletes, water runs through its streets, since it is customary for its neighbors to take out water hoses and jugs to offer to its participants. Without a doubt, a day of celebration for everyone.
