TriTour Amposta postponed

The second date of TriTour circuit, Amposta Triathlon it has had to postpone its celebration due to the measures being taken to control the spread of the Coronavirus.

The test that was to be held on May 30 and 31 It will take place on the weekend of September 12 and 13 of 2020.

The organization has sent a statement, explaining the reasons and the athletes who were currently enrolled may enroll in any edition of a future 2021, 2022, 2023, etc.

This is a complete statement from the organization:

Friends from the TriTour Amposta,

Due to the evolution of the Coronavirus and the new state of alarm in the country, we are forced to postpone the event.

Current sanitary and extraordinary measures oblige us to make decisions that none of us would have wanted to make under normal conditions.

THE NEW DATE FOR THE AMPOSTA TRITOUR IS 12-13 SEPTEMBER 2020.

We apologize for the inconvenience that we have been able to cause you as a result of this change, in any case we offer various possibilities to those registered:

- Change to the new TriTour Amposta date, September 12-13, 2020 (they will NOT have to communicate anything, that is, all currently registered people will automatically move to the new TriTour Amposta 2020 date)

- Change test at the equivalent distance at no additional cost to the TriTour Deltebre, October 10 and 11, 2020 (Communicate it before August 28, 2020)

- Transfer the registration of the TriTour Amposta 2020 to the TriTour Amposta or TriTour Deltebre of any edition of a future 2021, 2022, 2023,… (Communicate it before August 28, 2020. Once communicated we will provide you with a voucher that you can use in the test and edition that you want, in the equivalent distance and without any additional cost)

- Make a change of name of the inscription, without additional cost for any of the points described above

Important: Starting today, these last two options are also effective for TriTour Deltebre members

We also want to remind those registered who have contracted the cancellation insurance, that they have up to 15 days before (August 28) of the new date of TriTour Amposta 2020 to exercise the contracted right.
