Noia dresses up to receive the Spanish Duathlon School Championships, Team Time Trial and Relay

An intense and exciting weekend awaits the Galician town of Noia, which dresses up to receive the Spanish Duathlon School Championships, Team Time Trial and Relay between the next 22 and 23 in March.

On Saturday from the 14: 30, it will start the Spanish Duathlon Team Time Trial Championship in elite, school and open category, for a circuit that in the elite event will be made up of four laps of 1,25 km each, followed by 20,7 km cyclists, to finish with 2,5 km of running race in the vicinity of the municipality and in the that the teams will be formed by 4 and 6 duathletes.

Among the favorite teams in the men's category are the winner of the previous edition, the CT IMD Segovia, Saltoki Trikideak and CT Imps from Rivas. While in females, the Madrid team from Rivas stand out, Bicycles Pina -Tritoledo and CT Ondarreta Alcorcón, among others. The appointment will feature a notorious participation, with a total of 86 male and 35 female teams.

As a novelty, the Galician city will host the debut of Spanish Duathlon Championship by Relays that will take place on Sunday 23, with a total of 73 male teams and 35 female among all categories. In elite the relays will be formed by three duathletes, and each one of them will have to face 2 km of the race on foot, 6,9 km cyclists, to finish with 1 km at the end of the race on foot.

All this will be celebrated by a spectacular circuit that will run through the streets of the center of Noia, and that will allow both public and family and friends to enjoy all the development of competitions.
