The best triathletes in the world will face each other in Challenge Bahrain

The Spaniard Eneko Llanos will be on the starting line.

This December 6 next December more than 1.000 triathletes will cross the 1,9 km of swimming, 90km of cycling to finish the race with 21 km of running race in the first edition of this test in the Kingdom of Bahrain

In the men's category we will see a great race and there is a great level of triathletes like the World Champion Sebastian Kienle, Pete Jacobs, Michael Raelert. Eneko Llanos participate in the test where you can also be in the top positions.

In the female category, they start with options Mirinda Carfrae, Rachel Joyce, Caroline Steffen, Melissa Hauschildt, Helle Frederiksen, Radka Vodickova as well as the ITU triathlete Jodie Stimpson that will debut in this distance.

This test that has more than 500.000 dollars in prizes that will also be distributed among the Age Groups, local athletes and relay teams to support the development of triathlon in this emerging nation. More than 15% of the participants are made up of local athletes which is the first time they have participated in a triathlon. The first classified will win $ 100.000.
