The German and world triathlon champion in 2007, Daniel Unger, and the Danish Camilla Pederson were imposed yesterday at the 28th edition of the Volcano Triathlon, that counted on the participation of 243 men and 70 women.
Daniel Unger, after finishing the swimming test in fifth position, began the 40-kilometer segment of bike not feeling at all comfortable, so he decided to take things easy, which finally allowed him to recover and arrive rested and in better shape for the athletic race.
