Released on charges the driver arrested for killing a cyclist and running away

According to the newspaper the country, the driver arrested for having run over and killed an 37 cyclist for years been released with charges.

The crime of homicide due to imprudence is included in Article 142 of the Criminal Code and includes prison sentences of one to four years, depending on the seriousness of the act. In case it has been caused with a vehicle it also includes the withdrawal of the driving license for up to six years.
