From Triathlon News We have been curious about why a high performance athlete As is your case, choose our sport, which has given us the opportunity to get to know you more closely.

Why did you choose triathlon?

Because it is a sport that always attracts me and is compatible because of my physical abilities. In addition many colleagues, friends and now my wife also practice and so I can enjoy with them in the training.

What does triathlon give you compared to other sports?

For me it is a way of disconnecting the high performance in a couple of months. In this way I do a mini maintenance stage, I do not lose form and most importantly I enjoy it a lot.

In the future, would your plans compete in Triathlon?

In the very distant future, yes. I hope to be fighting for a place in the great international marathons and if the injuries respect me and economically the situation improves, I would like to try the long distance. I hope it's after the 2020 ... "it still has to rain a lot"

Do you want to say something to our readers and the athletes who come from the Running and want to take the step to Triathlon?

I would like people to be encouraged to try this sport at short distances first and gradually try other more demanding distances. This sport, like running, makes us feel happier, meet people and be able to travel.

These are difficult times and people start to value their lives more and sacrifice for themselves and that is very important to get out of this crisis, triathlon always helps.
