With the Collins Cup 2021 rescheduled for August at Šamorín in Slovakia, triathletes are already looking for qualification points to ensure they are part of this historic event in the world of triathlon

The test that will be held on August 28, 2021, is based on the Ryder Cup of Golf,  where the best triathletes from teams in Europe, the United States and the rest of the world will face off

What is the competition?

The competition format will be with 12 races of 3 athletes each, over a medium distance course. The winner will get 3 points, the second 2 and the third 1.

A total of 12 three-athlete races, to be held over a middle-distance course, six for men and six for women, will decide which region will take home the inaugural Collins Cup.

Who is classified?

Four men and four women will automatically qualify for each team according to the Collins Cup qualification protocol, with the team captains tasked with choosing the last four representatives.
