María Remedios Mendoza and Rubén Velázquez are proclaimed champions of Spain of Duathlon Cros

The podium of the Spanish Duathlon Cros Championship was completed Rocio Espada Vazquez, CD Trainingtri, second with one hour, 37 minutes and 36 seconds, and Anna Vallverdu Cortada, del Prat Triatlo 1994, third with one hour, 39 minutes and seven seconds.

Regarding the elite men's competition, a leading group of about six members was formed in the first sector of the foot race, among which were Vicent Gandia, Ángel Puertas, Javier Goitia, Rubén Velázquez, David Rodríguez and Guillermo Cuchillo.

The men's podium was completed Javier Goitia Omaechevarria, from the Basque Tribe, second with a time of one hour, 18 minutes and 34 seconds, and Roberto Mohedano Rubio, from Tri Inifinity Móstoles, third with one hour, 18 minutes and 42 seconds.

The Spanish Duathlon Cros Championship was organized by the Spanish Triathlon Federation and the Extremadura Triathlon Federation, with the collaboration of the Directorate General of Sports of the Junta de Extremadura and the Diputación de Cáceres.
