Mario Mola fourth at the Cantimpalos Cross  

On an exciting day of the 51st Cantimpalos National Cross, the triathlete Mario Mola He has achieved a great fourth position, once again demonstrating his quality in the demanding world of cross country. 

The competition, which had more than 1.200 participants in all categories, took place on a tough circuit, marked by recent rains that left the terrain wet and muddy. 

Mario Mola, competed under the distance of 10.000 meters running with 9 mm spikes to better cope with the ground conditions.  

Despite the poor circuit conditions, Mola maintained a consistent pace, getting involved at the front of the race at several key moments. 

The event was dominated by the Burundian athlete Rodrigue Kwizera, who won with a smart race strategy, taking the lead at kilometer 7 and maintaining his position until the end, with a time of 29:43.  

The Uruguayan Santiago Catroffand followed closely, securing second place. David Bascuñana completed the podium, with Mola crossing the finish line in a time of 30:03.

In the women's category, the Ethiopian Likina Amebaw took the victory, dominating the race from the start and establishing a significant advantage over her competitors.

This result is an indication of the good state of form of Mario Mola, who continues to demonstrate his ability to compete at the highest level in different disciplines of athletics and triathlon.
