How is the new FAST distance of the OTSO Challenge Salou 2023?
This year Salou launches the FAST modality
One of the most recognized Triathlon events at the national and European level, the OTSO Challenge Salou, presents for this year a distance in its competition program: FAST mode.
This new distance will allow the participants to enjoy a faster competition, without losing the essence of the test and that many will surely like.
The test will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2023
The Challenge Salou FAST is disputed over the distances of a swim lap (950m), bike lap (30km) and run run (5km) on the same circuits as the rest of the competitions.
At swimming tour, the participants will be able to enjoy an incredible beach, with shallow waters and views towards the Delta de l'Ebre and the Serra de la Mussara.
At cyclist segment It will take place on a highway where triathletes will be able to reach high speeds.
En As for the foot race, runners will discover the charm of the Costa Daurada and will feel the warmth of the large audience along the route.

Activities for participants and companions
On the other hand, as usual in all Challenge Family events, the event program includes various activities for participants and their companions during the weekend.
El Saturday June 3 the ABUS Bike Course, the Expo in Passeig Jaume I, the School Challenge, the Challenge Woman and Zumba in the Plaza de las Comunidades Autónomas will take place.
El Sunday 4 June It will be the day of the competitions with the different outputs for the different modalities.
