Confirmed date for the 2024 edition of the OTSO VI Half Gasteiz

El OTSO VI Half Gasteiz, which revived the middle distance triathlon in this beautiful city in 2021, and exceeded all expectations last June, has confirmed its third edition for the June 1 2024.

The organization of the competition has made progress in confirming the date and has opened registrations for the third edition.

The interested can register from the morning of July 19, with a special price and conditions for those participants of its previous editions, as well as for triathletes who decide to sign up for the III OTSO VI Half Gasteiz in the first weeks.

Alain Fonteche y eneko alonso, those in charge of the organization, have positively valued the reception of the community.

In the words of Fontecha and Alonso: “Hours after closing the 2023 edition, we have received the interest and affection of our athletes to find out the details of our third edition.

We are grateful and motivated to offer a better version of our event on June 1st.

We have a year to work on and we have learned a lot during these two years and we have taken good note of the suggestions of the participants for this."

MD and PTO Ranking

Although the official confirmation is missing, it is expected that the test aspires again to be part of the national ranking of Medium Distance Triathlon, as well as to enter the international calendar of the PTO for the second consecutive year.

This will undoubtedly increase the prestige and relevance of this already consolidated event in the calendar of triathletes.
