PTO Canadian Open Preview
This weekend the first edition of the Canadian Open organized by the PTO and where many of the best triathletes in the world will compete.
In a test that will be held under the format 2 km of swimming, 80 km of cycling and 18 km of running.
Competition will be played in two days, on Saturday for women and on Sunday for men, where 1 million dollars will be distributed in prizes
In the women's race we find a high level among the participants with Laura Phillip (second in the ranking) , Anne Haug (recent Roth winner) Taylor Knibb, Skye Moench , Emma Pallant, Jeanni metzler or Spanish Sara Perez winner in The Championship.
In the men's event will be the Norwegians and world champions IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 KChristian Blummenfelt y Gustav Iden who will face triathletes like Lionel Sanders, Alistair Brownlee, Daniel Bækkegård , Patrick Lange , Magnus ditlev, Sebastian Kienle , Rudy von berg o Joe Skipper among others.
Spanish will also take the exit Pablo Dapena, who comes to the test after having won Challenge Gdansk and be third in the IRONMAN 70.3 European Championship .
