Everything ready for Challenge Roth

This Sunday, September 5, one of the most famous long-distance triathlon events will be held, the Challenge Roth in Germany.

In the competition there will be about 3.400 individual participants and 650 relay teams from more than 80 different nations.

The race has long become a legend: the famous triathlon festival in the European triathlon city of Roth has been going on for more than three decades. (The first edition was organized in 1984)

The competition begins with a 3,8 kilometer swim in the Principal-Donau Canal, followed by the 180 kilometer cycling segment and a 42 kilometer marathon.

In this test, the world record in distance was achieved by Jan Frodeno in 2016 with a time of 7:35:39

Among the favorites to victory are Anne Haug, Laura Siddall, Fenella Langridge o Sarah Crowley among other

In the men's category there will be two of the best long-distance triathletes, Patrick Lange y Sebastian Kienle

They will also take the exit Andreas Dreitz, Nils Frommhold, Ruben Zepunktke, Franz loschke o Braden Currie among others.
