Triathlon and women, exemplary initiative by the hand of TRIMAD

May 11 and 18 days took place in TRIMAD (www.trimad.es) the second edition of "The Girls Are Warriors"(II Triathlon and Women's Conference).

The sessions were directed by TRIMAD triathletes, physiotherapists and pilates instructors.

In the midst of a great atmosphere, the more than 45 participants enjoyed training sessions (running, cycling) and disciplines such as pilates for runners, hypopressives, self-massage, "ask your physio".

Most of the sessions took place in the Cottage. All participants wore the one-person solidarity jersey provided by TRIMAD.

An exemplary initiative of this triathlon store located in Madrid to promote sports among women.
