Vitoria host of the 2012 Long Distance Triathlon World Championship

Thanks to the great fans that exist in Spain for triathlon, the growing number of licences, together with renowned triathletes who stand out reaping successes, Spain is becoming an international benchmark in this discipline, both for our athletes and for the reception and organization of international tests.

Proof of this is that throughout 2011, 6 Spanish cities have been chosen by the International Triathlon Federation, ITU, to host major international events.

2012 follows the same path, among the planned tests, we already have the Long Distance Triathlon European Championship that will be held in Vitoria on July 29

After the European Long Distance Championship in 2010, where Eneko Llanos and Virginia Berasategui were proclaimed champions of the same, 2012 promises not to be left behind, hosting a great participation and the best triathletes on the planet in an event that you cannot miss.
