The Fasttriatlon test returns to the Canal Olímpic de Catalunya

After the success harvested in 2012, the Fasttriatlon Club returns to the charge with the II Fasttriatlon Canal Olímpic de Catalunya that the next 14 will be held in April in the town of Castelldefels.

The number of participants registered so far is far exceeding the expectations of the organization and it is expected to reach the 1.000 participants. 

The test will be played over two different distances; distance Sprint where will be some of the best triathletes of the Catalan panorama, and the distance Super Sprint for all those athletes who want to start triathlon.

In addition to the Open and Elite exits, the II Fasttriatlon will host the Cadet and Junior National Series (FETRI) and the Paratriathlon Cup, which already has 5 registered paratriathletes, a success for the Fasttriatlon Club considering that one of its priorities is the promotion of the Paralympic Triathlon.

Following the line of the first edition, Fasttriatlon will be one of the few Triathlon events that will offer cash prizes for the 5 winners and winners as well as for the 3 best male and female teams of the ÉLITE SPRINT.

This year the event offers us a novelty, the Triathlete Fair. In this edition the Fasttriatlon will start on Saturday 13 of April in the Castelldefels Olympic Canal site where participants and companions can visit the different stands, buy material and learn everything necessary to practice this sport.

As a finishing touch to this great triathlon party, once the race and the awards ceremony is over, there will be a raffle of sports equipment courtesy of the Fasttriatlon sponsors: ZOOT, COREEVO, PI EICH, RUDY PROJECT ... and many more. !
