World Triathlon, the international triathlon federation has announced the opening of a key position on your team: Manager of Sales & Sponsorships.  

This opportunity represents a fundamental role in the development and expansion of triathlon worldwide. 

A Key Role in a Growing Sport  

Triathlon, known for its dynamism and spirit of improvement, continues to expand globally.  

The Manager of Sales & Sponsorships will play a crucial role in this growth, working closely with national federations, event organizers and commercial partners. 

Responsibilities and Objectives  

The selected candidate will report to the Head of Marketing and Sales and will be responsible for: 

  • Manage sponsorship initiatives, from growth strategy to commercial excellence. 
  • Work with current and future partners to maximize your exposure and return on investment. 
  • Use data analysis to support objectives aligned with World Triathlon's strategic direction. 
  • Solve unique and complex problems with a significant impact on the sustainable growth of the sport. 

Required Qualifications  

Applicants must possess: 

  • University degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate strategy and/or sponsorship sales. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a matrix organization. 
  • Experience in analytical and financial modeling. 
  • Availability to travel up to 25% of the time to important events and meetings.
