Duathlon Cross, Mountain Trail and Mountain Bike in an unpublished test

An unpublished test in the Community of Madrid that will combine three simultaneous sports disciplines.

Next Sunday 17 of May of 2015, to the 10 of the morning, the town of Collado Villalba hosts the celebration of the singular sporting event X-Trail Collado Villalba, a different test composed of three disciplines:

• Duathlon Cross of 6Km-20Km-3Km.

• Mountain's race of 21Km.

• Mountain Bike Race (BTT) of 30Km.

All the tests will be played simultaneously, detail in which the peculiarity and spectacularity of the event lies. That is, from the initial kick-off until the arrival of the last athlete to the finish line, the course will have a continuous stream of runners.

This fact, hitherto unprecedented in a test of this caliber, will increase the spectacle, not only for and for the participants that will be part of it, but also, and of course, for fans who come to enjoy the event.

The route of all the disciplines will run along the paths and forest trails around the peak of Cabeza Mediana, more commonly known among local athletes as Cerro del Telégrafo.The entire circuit will cover the municipalities of Moralzarzal, Becerril de la Sierra, Collado Mediano and Alpedrete, in a circular distribution with exit and finish in the vicinity of the Aquatic Center of Collado Villalba.

This sporting event, organized by Zonaktiva and Aitor ASFitness, has the invaluable collaboration of the City Council of Collado Villalba and the main sponsorship of Los Valles Shopping Center.

Be the first event of these characteristics in the Community of Madrid and more specifically in the Sierra Noroeste. In addition, it has the exclusivity of being the first mountain half marathon and the first cross duathlon in the town of Collado Villalba.

Add that it will be part of two major circuits already marked in the sports calendar of all athletes who love new sensations and sports experiences. On the one hand, it will be part of the X-Trail National Circuit, that will start shooting next year 2016, and that already has two tests held today independently.

The first of them, and is already going for its second consecutive edition, the X-Trail Almerimar, in the province of Almería, to which the present is added X-Trail Collado Villalba as a second test of the circuit. On the other hand, will be part, from this year 2015, the League of the Community of Madrid Duathlon Cross Clubs, being therefore scoring test, and, more specifically, the last of all where the championship will be played.

Therefore, X-Trail Collado Villalba not only will it have a great impact at the local and regional level, where the best current athletes of each discipline will meet, but also at the national level, since it is a test that is supported by the National and Madrilenian Triathlon Federation.

Therefore, we can assure you that the day May 17th 2015, the city of Collado Villalba will be a benchmark on a sporting level and will be on the lips of all those people who join the sport, being considered as the "Capital of Sport".
