Marlins and Nfoque win in the ECODUMAD duathlon cros by teams by Felipe Gutierrez

Marlins Triathlon Madrid in men and Nfoque Race Team in women took the titles  

 

 

San Agustín de Guadalix hosted a Cros Duathlon that we all know as Ecodumad and that at the same time Madrid championship of the modality.

In the afternoon there was an unprecedented test of duathlon crossovers and that promises to have a hopeful future.

The men's team event finally had the surprise that the favorite the Focus Race Team He was disqualified when receiving outside help after the puncture of one of his duathletes. After the subsequent claim and non-acceptance of change of results and the consequent disqualification, the winning club was the Marlins Triathlon Madrid (1º 1: 24: 19) and ahead of the CTDiablillos de Rivas (2º 1: 26: 40) to more than two minutes. The third position was for team B of the Focus Race Team (3º 1: 28: 46). A total of 45 clubs crossed the finish line.

 

 

IF THEY WON IN WOMEN

In women, if the triumph fell on the Focus Race Team (1º 1: 55: 47) and with a big difference with the second classified the AD Ecosport Triathlon Alcobendas (2º 2: 01: 35) that was ahead of CTDiablillos de Rivas (3º 2: 08: 05), a very young team that achieved the place on the final podium. Eight were the teams that crossed the finish line in this tough and difficult modality where completing equipment is complicated.

A popular test was also held with the winner being the Triathlon Club Villanueva de la Cañada (1º 1: 38: 26) accompanying him on the podium Cycling Union Sanse (2º 1: 38: 51) and The Getafe Triathlon Room (3º 1: 46: 27).

COUPLES IN THE AFTERNOON

Almost 70 couples met in this test where the locals won in two of the three exits.

An interesting day of Duathlon Cros where the participants enjoyed the tour and the magnificent and sporty day in San Agustín de Guadalix.
