Menorca will once again host the medium-distance triathlon under a new name: HALF MENORCA

Menorca will again host the medium distance triathlon under a new name Half Menorca.

With the goal set in 500 triathletes, the competition is presented as a great end of party to a season of triathlon full of competitions. The Island Council has been key so that the emblematic test does not disappear after the disappearance of the Extreme Man brand.

One more year, the Menorcan town of Fornells will be the nerve center of this medium distance triathlon (1.900 meters of swimming / 90 km of cycling / 21 km of running on foot) in which the triathlete Albert Moreno won the last edition. In addition, in this 2015, the test again includes the short (1.000 meters of swimming / 40 km of cycling / 8 km of running on foot).

From Saturday morning, athletes will be able to get closer to pick up the numbers, as well as visit the expo area. In addition, there will be a press conference prior to the competition, the briefing and the entry of material in the pits.
