The 1º Swimming Trophy Locomotora Sprint Madrid is born.

Each member of the team will complete 750 meters in total, making series of 400, 200, 100 and 50 meters

On Sunday 16 of March we will give way to the first competition with the participation of 160 swimming lovers from all over Spain. The competition consists of participation by teams of 10 members, which will each swim the distances, 400, 200, 100 and 50 meters. Each member of the team will complete 750 meters in total, so the sum of the team will equal 7500 mts, being the winner the team that covers the distance in the shortest possible time. 

It will swim by relays, having to carry out the longest distance in the first place for all the members of the team. That is to say, the 400 meters will swim by relays the 10 members to be able to swim next the 200.

The relays can not skip and they will be uninterrupted among them when each member finishes traveling their distance. Therefore, the team performs 10 times 400 meters, then the 10 times 200 meters and so on until finishing with 50 meters. The start of the stopwatch is set for all the teams at the same time and will be uninterrupted.
