Tamara Gómez, tenth in the Triathlon America's Cup of Puerto Rico

Tamara Gómez has reached the tenth place in the Triathlon America Cup held in Punta Guilarte Arroyo (Puerto Rico). The continental competition was developed in Olympic distance last Sunday 1 in February.

The recent sprint Iberoamerican champion, came to the appointment after his successful participation in Havana the previous week dragging physical problems. Even so the Elche triathlete offered a great effort, and after leaving something behind the water, stood out in the bike segment where he got the fifth best part of the sector.

Finally Gómez crossed the finish line in tenth place, in a competition in which he has reaped important points, in total 99, and continues adding valuable points for the ITU classification, on his way in search of the passport to the next JJ .OO. of Rio in 2016.
