Answer: I am very happy with the result. I knew it was a very tough race, but I also knew that I had the opportunity to do something important. The swimming went well and I was able to be in the leading group on the bike for a while. Then the heat and humidity took their toll on me, but I managed to reach the finish line in eleventh position.

Q: What did you learn from this experience?

R: I learned that I have the level to compete with the best triathletes in the world. I also learned that I need to improve my resistance to heat and humidity.

Q: What are your next goals?

R: My next goal is Ironman South Africa. Then, I would like to compete in the T100 Ibiza and in the MD/LD Spanish Cup.

Q: What does the T100 Ibiza mean to you?

R: The T100 Ibiza is a very important race for me. It is an opportunity to compete at home with the best triathletes in the world. Furthermore, the circuit is very beautiful and the organization is excellent.

Q: What message would you give to triathletes who are thinking about participating in the T100 Ibiza?

R: I would tell them not to hesitate. It is a unique race that should not be missed. The circuit is demanding, but also very rewarding. And the experience of competing in Ibiza is unforgettable.
