India Lee wins the Miami T100 with British hat trick

In a day marked by competitiveness and camaraderie, the Miami T100 has crowned India Lee as the winner of its first female edition.

This event was held at the spectacular Homestead-Miami Speedway circuit.

The British triathlete won against her compatriots Lucy Charles-Barclay y Holly Lawrence, who completed the podium, demonstrating the power of UK women's triathlon on the international stage.

The 2km swim leg saw Lucy Charles-Barclay, nicknamed 'The Mermaid', lead from the first meters, closely followed by Lucy Buckingham.

The strategy of maintaining a constant pace and not getting carried away by the emotion of the moment was key to their victory.

Behind the podium they came Paula Findlay y Lucy byram, while the ten-time world champion, Daniela Ryf, showed that she is still a formidable contender, securing a fifth place finish.
