Mario Mola fourth and Javier Gómez Noya sixth in the 1º stage of the Super League Triathlon

The staging of the Super League Triatlhon has not disappointed, a great coverage through streaming, neutralized outings, a thrilling test with great emotion and the participation of some luxury triathletes have made us live an exciting Friday morning.

Today's test consisted of completing three triathlons of 300 meters of swimming, 6km cycling and finishing with 2.000 meters of running on foot; but varying the order in each exit. With 10 minutes of rest between each sleeve.

1º stage

The first was to do first swimming followed by cycling to finish the race, where the winner of the first race was Jake Birtwhistle, followed by Mario Mola y Richard Murray. Javier Gómez Noya it was fifth and Alistair Brownlee He stayed out of the top 10.

2º stage

The second sleeve, consisted of starting running and then doing the cycling segment and finishing swimming. The winner of this manga was Richard Varga, followed by Andrea Salvisberg e Igor Polyanskiy. Javier Gómez Noya was ninth and Mario Mwave was out of the TOP 10

3º stage

The third and last race started with cycling to continue swimming and finish the race with the 2.000 meters of foot race.

In the first segment Andrea Salvisberg led the transition together with Josh Amberger and Ryan Fisher, Gómez Noya entered in 10th position, then they faced the swim where Richard Varga showed that he is the best in the sector coming out of the water in first position. Mario Mola came out at 21 seconds and Gómez Noya at 26.

Finally Richard Murray won the 3º stage, followed by Richard Varga y Ryan Baile. A large Mario Mola He rallied positions to finish in fifth position and Javier Gómez Noya in the twelfth position

Top 10 1st stage Super League Triathlon

Tomorrow will be the turn for the Equalizer , test that has two rounds, the first on the bike in a time trial format, where the first ones will try to get the best possible time to start ahead of their competitors.

In the second part, the athletes will be separated by the time lost in the first segment, ie if the second classified in the first round loses 6 seconds, will be in this second with 6 seconds behind the winner.

Sunday will be the turn of the eliminator, where the speed will be what makes the difference. This test that consists of 3 swim-bike-race rounds with 10 minutes of rest between each of them.

These 10 minutes start when the winner of the series goes into goal, which means that the rest will have less recovery time. After each round the athletes who are leaving the last will be eliminated
