El Half Madrid, one of the most anticipated triathlon events of the calendar national middle distance, will be held this coming 16 June in a unique environment, the Lake of the Country House from the city of Madrid.
In addition, for another year he is part of the national ranking of medium and long distance of the FETRI
Distances
The competition has two distances, the Half (1.8 km swimming, 83 km cycling and 18.6 km running) and la Standard (1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running), to accommodate all types of triathletes.

Circuits
These are the descriptions of the test circuits.
Half Distance
Swimming (1.8 km):
- Two laps of the 900 meter circuit in Casa de Campo Lake.
- Departure and arrival in the transition area next to the lake.
- The circuit is marked with buoys and is assisted by lifeguards.
Cycling (83 km):
- A single lap circuit with 645 elevation meters.
- It crosses emblematic areas such as Casa de Campo o Madrid River
- Circuit marked with arrows and support personnel en route.
- Refreshment stations are established every 20-25 km.
Running on foot (18.6 km):
- Three laps of a 6.2 km circuit that takes you through the Departure Garden, Madrid River and the goal next to the transition zone.
- Flat and fast route, ideal to test your resistance.
- Refreshment stations every 2.5 km.
Standard Distance:
Swimming (1.5 km):
- Two laps of the 750 meter circuit in Casa de Campo Lake.
- Same conditions as the Half distance.
Cycling (40 km):
- A single lap circuit with 320 elevation meters.
- Similar route to the Half, but with a shorter distance.
- Same signage and provisioning conditions.
Running on foot (10 km):
- Two laps of the 5 km circuit that takes you through the same scenarios as the Half test.
- Flat and fast route.
- Refreshment stations every 2 km.
