Antonio Benito with options at IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea

This next Sunday, July 16, a new edition of IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea will be held.

Among the triathletes who will compete in the test is the Spanish Antonio Benito, who already knows what it is to be on the podium in this competition.

Antonio Benito, was second in the IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea last year, second only to the double Olympic champion Alistair Brownlee y He comes to this edition with the intention of repeating the podium.

At the starting line, Benito will face as Joe Skipper, one of the great favorites or the German Justus Nieschlag among others.

IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea features a cycling segment with short, steep climbs, and a “totally flat” foot race.

In addition, the weather conditions could mark the race as a drop in temperature and rain are expected in Wales.
