Banyoles prepared for the Spanish Olympic Triathlon Championship
The best national and European triathlon will be held this weekend in Banyonles
The week has already arrived where the Spanish Triathlon Championships in Olympic distance and from Europe for Mixed Club Relays in Banyoles.
The Spanish Triathlon Championship in Olympic distance will be held on the days 27 y August 28.
In the men's category, international names such as David Castro, Kevin Tarek, Sara Pérez, Cecilia Santamaría or Natalia Hidalgo, Ángel Sánchez o Jordi García among others.
Lists of departure
On Saturday, the European Triathlon Championship for Mixed Club Relays will be held, as well as the national tests for age groups and youth categories.

The elite competitions of the Spanish Championship will be held at the following times.
Saturday 27
- mixed relay: 12: 15
Sunday 28th
- female: 09: 45
- Men: 12: 45
The preview of the live tests from Banyoles will also be broadcast on the audiovisual platforms of the Spanish Triathlon Federation.
Xisca Tous and David Castro winners last year
In 2021 Xisca Tous and David Castro were proclaimed Spanish Triathlon champions in Olympic distance in Banyoles.
They were accompanied on the podium by Marta Pintanel, Natalia Hidalgo, Ángel Sánchez and Jordi García.
