Beth Potter wins at the Paris Test Event 

In an exciting competition that served as a test run for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Beth Potter from Great Britain took victory in the Paris Test Event.  

The test was carried out today on a sunny day with a pleasant temperature, and was attended by 65 triathletes. 

The competition started with Bianca Seregni of Italy taking the lead in swimming, closely followed by Summer Rappaport from the USA. The Spanish athletes had a more delayed start, with Anna Godoy as the first of them in position 51. 

The foot race was the scene of an exciting battle between Beth Potter y Cassandre Beaugrand of France. 

Potter increased the pace at km 5 and was left alone with Beaugrand to play for the win. Finally, with 150m to go, Potter went solo to take the win in a time of 1:51:41. 

In second position came Cassandre Beaugrand (1:51:46) and third was Laura Lindemann (1:51:59) .

Spanish in the test

As for the Spanish Marta Pintanel finished in position 45, closely followed by Anna Godoy in the 46 position.  

Further back, Noelia Juan achieved the 50th position, while Miriam Casillas closed the Spanish participation in position 54.
