Challenge Lisboa, a triathlon with the best triathletes

The next 19 in May will be a new edition of the Challenge Listona, a sports party that will have different 6 competitions.

A few weeks ago we told you that the Challenge Lisbon it will be one of thes big triathletic events next spring, an event with six options to compete in the Portuguese capital:

In the 2017 edition, the Challenge Lisbon had some winners of lujor. In the male category the Portuguese John Pereira won the test with a 3 time: 41: 23. Later Pereira he was proclaimed double ITU European champion, both in Olympic distance and distance sprint, to finish the year being top8 in the Grand Final of the WTS Rotterdam.

As regards the female competition the British Lucy Charles was the best, her triumph at Challenge Lisboa being the start of an impressive year, where she was proclaimed world champion Challenge en Samorin, second in the world Hawaii Ironman, winner of the Ironman Lanzarote and European Ironman champion in Frankfurt.

The Challenge Lisboa was therefore consolidated as a test whose winners in both the men's and women's categories signed their first win of a year that led them to be among the best in their sport.

In the face of 2018 one of the great novelties will be the competition schedule, the test will give start at 16: 00, so most triathletes finish his race at nightfall, with an impressive arrival in a festive atmosphere, with artificial light, fires and music.

 In the first edition of the Challenge Lisboa, celebrated the past 7 of May there was more than 1.000 triathletes, being around the 20% (200 participants) Spanish, which makes the Challenge Lisbon in one of the triathlons with more Spanish participation than those that compete outside of Spain.
