IBERMAN LD 2015 circuits published

IBERMAN LD will take place on October 3, 2015 where the triathletes will travel 3,8 km of swimming, 170 km of cycling and 42 km of running

SWIMMING SECTOR:

3,8 KM. MONTE GORDO beach (VILA REAL DE SANTO ANTONIO)

It will be done in the same place as in 2014, the spectacular beach of Monte Gordo in Vila Real de Santo Antonio..They will be 2 around a distance of 1,6 km, in which the participants will have to leave the water when they finish the first round, to re-enter and complete the 3,8 km. They will have a maximum time to make the 2 hours tour. The start of the test will be at 7 in the morning.

 

BIKE SECTOR: 180 KM. VILLARREAL DE SANTO ANTONIO (POR) - AYAMONTE (ESP)

The route will be done in the reverse of the first edition. It will only vary that instead of finishing in La Antilla, it will end in Ayamonte.

The trialteas will leave Monte Gordo in the direction of Villarreal de Santo Antonio, and from there begin to climb the banks of the river, leaving behind the towns of Castro Marín, Azinhal, Alcoutin, Mértola and finishing the Portuguese route in the border town of Pomarao. There, in that spectacular step, the route will start on Spanish soil, with El Granado being the first town to cross. From there to Villanueva de los Castillejos, where you will turn south starting the last stretch of 50 km, which will become very fast, and through which you will cross San Silvestre de Guzmán and Villablanca, to finish at the Plaza de España in Ayamonte, where the T2 will be located.

 

CAREER SECTOR: 42,1 KM AYAMONTE-VILLARREAL OF SANTO ANTONIO

The race will have nothing to do with that of the 1st edition. It will be much easier and more bearable. It will cross Ayamonte for its southern slope, to line the international bridge of Ayamonte, and start the Portuguese route, which will run along roads and tracks in good condition, arriving at the Villarreal plaza in Santo Antonio (Portugal
