The Winter Triathlon Castilla y León Championship became Duathlon.

In spite of the difficulties, mainly motivated by the inclement weather, the organization carried out a test in which it was very excited from the beginning, even if it was in a format duathlon.

The late snow that fell on the Snow Point area of the Port of Santa Inés, it was not enough to be able to carry out the cross-country skiing sector, which was to be developed on a track prepared for the occasion belonging to the neighboring municipality of Montenegro de Cameros, whose municipal authorities gave in a nice gesture.

On the other hand, these last-minute inclemencies served to harden even more the already hard cycling sector with the ascent to the port of Santa Inés, finishing the last kilometers pedaling on the snow, all of them after a sector of initial race through the streets of Vinuesa , whose City Council was overturned with the test, punctuated by a torrential rain.

The first to crown the port and finally the winner of the test was the Navarrese Hiruki, Raúl Roda followed by the triathlete of the Stadium Casablanca of Zaragoza, Gonzalo Fernández and in third place, the first Castilian-Leonese Alberto Casillas, of the IMD Segovia, obtaining the autonomic championship of the specialty.

The women's absolute classification was headed by the K0 triathlete, Gemma Hernándezfollowed by Naroa Arrieta of Trigoi TT and of Amalia Grobas of the One Advertising in Burgos, getting the last winter regional triathlon championship.
