The triathlete has achieved a time of 3: 57: 55 in Poland, thus achieving the best record in history in the middle distance test of this franchise.

The times achieved by the Danish triathlete are the following:

  • Swimming (1,9 km): 00:24:35
  • Cyclist Sector (90 km): 02:12:27
  • Running on foot (21 km): 01:17:40

Daniela Ryf already has in his power three Ironman World Championships y three Ironman World Championships 70.3. A really remarkable fact of the performance of the triathlete in this is that she achieved a 6º placed in the Ironman 70.3 of Gdynia.

As we already know, we can not talk about triathlon records since the distances are not homologated and there are better times in medium distance tests, as well as circuits with different circumstances, but this does not detract from the time achieved by Ryf. Already Sum 5 wins this season, and has in the spotlight the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in South Africa in September and the Ironman World Championship of Hawaii in October.
