The Ring will receive the Spanish Quadriathlon Championship in October

 The Extremadura Ring hosted the first Cros Triathlon World Championship in 2011.

 

The next 16 of October the Spanish Quadriathlon Championship will arrive to an enveloping scenario that combines sport and nature in equal parts: The Ring of Extremadura, the stage that hosted the first Cros Triathlon World Championship in the 2011 season.

Nestled in the Gabriel and Galán Reservoir, In recent years it has become the venue for numerous sporting events, both national and international. United to the canoeing segment that will pass in the largest reservoir in Estremadura, the circuits will once again enter partially through the routes that hosted the 2011 Cros Triathlon World Championships.

In this way, the cycling and running segments will cross technical trails with a medium difficulty, in which the athletes will intertwine among oaks, cork oaks and rockrose, typical of the Extremadura forest.

El The Ring Innovation Center It is completely surrounded by nature, creating an unparalleled atmosphere, with facilities designed for sports. At about 30 km from the city of Plasencia and about 25 km from Hervas, equipped by the mountains of the ski resort of Covatilla or Las Hurdes and bordering the Camino de Santiago, with its Roman Ruins of Cáparra, make it a unique place.

The event will count with the organization and coordination of the Extremeña Triathlon Federation, which has a great experience in big events, organizer of the Spanish Championship of Duathlon Cros in the 2013, the Spanish Championship of Quadriathlon 2016 will be a project that will not leave to anyone indifferent.
