Long Course Weekend, the biggest sport festival in Mallorca

Participants will cover the distance of an LD triathlon on three consecutive days; the first day 3,8 km of swimming, the second 174km of cycling and the third will finish with the marathon

From Friday 3 to Sunday 5 in November will be held in l'Alcudia (Mallorca) on Long Coruse Weekend, a sports event where participants will cover the distance of an LD triathlon in three days consecutive; the first day 3,8 km of swimming, the second 174km of cycling and the third will end with the marathon.

The November 3 will take place on "Swim Day", where the test reigns will be the 3800m in the calm and crystalline waters of the bay of l'Alcudia. Change you can compete in shortest distances: 750, 1500 or 1900m.

Later on Saturday 4 will be the "Bike Day", whose test reigns will be the 172km, which will run through the Natural Park of s'Albufera de Mallorca, Can Picanfort, Santa Margalida, Siney, Llubí, Muro and Sa Pobla. They will give two laps to this circuit to finish in l'Alcudia. There is also the option to make a shorter race, 86km, giving only back to the circuit.

Finally on Sunday 5 will be "Run Day ", being the test reigns the marathon, which will run along the seafront of the beach, next to the sea, in a very beautiful route with great views of the sea. Like the rest of the days, the triathletes will be able to choose between other distances of 5, 10 or 21 km.

As we know Alcúdia is an ideal city for athletes of different disciplines: triathletes, swimmers, cyclists, runners, etc ... This city has been involved in sports for many years and has great infrastructures and perfect facilities to combine sport and leisure.

This will be the first edition of a test of Long Coruse Weekend in Spain and the city of Alcudia offers full guarantees for a successful organization and participation.
