Garmin, again sponsor of the triathlete Mario Mola
Garmin once again becomes a sponsor of the triathlete Mario Mola. Through this agreement, the multinational reiterates its commitment to this young athlete. To this end, and for all the tests in which the athlete participates, the firm provides them with the best devices intended for training and competition, while Mario Mola He will wear the Garmin logo on his personal official competition suit.
Likewise, Mola will be present this year again, whenever the agenda allows, during a day at Garmin Week to share with attendees his knowledge about the firm's products and to give us advice on how to prepare for a triathlon.

Tests and trainings
Mario Mola is currently immersed in the first tests of the season and has just participated in the European Championship, held between April 17 and 22 in Israel. In it, he has achieved a creditable sixth place, which will allow him to fight for a participation in the London Olympic Games.
This important achievement is due, among other things, to the training he does with such reliable and advanced equipment as the Forerunner 910XT, from which he has extracted maximum performance and which helps him to control his progress at all times and exceed his limits.

Mario Mola, straight to the triumph
This Mallorcan athlete began his career at a very young age and at just 15 years old he came third in the absolute category of the “Ciutat de Palma” competition. His progression in this sport occurred incredibly quickly, thanks to the titles he won in both the youth and senior categories.
In 2007, Mola was crowned Spanish Youth Triathlon Champion and was proclaimed Spanish Youth Athletics runner-up in 3.000 meters. Alternating triathlon competitions with duathlon and athletics for years, during the 2009 season he won the title of Junior Triathlon World Champion in Australia and was runner-up in the Duathlon World Championship.
Already in 2010, Mario Mola decided to focus his activity on Triathlon and made his international debut in the Olympic distance, managing to become champion of the European Cup held in Quarteiras, Portugal and a creditable second place in the Pontevedra event. Likewise, he finished fifth in the London World Series, establishing himself as the greatest promise in current international triathlon. And right now, with the season just started, he is fighting for a spot in the London Olympics.
