Rafael Gomes and Maria Jesús Sierra Winners of the IBERMAN LD 2014

Yesterday, the second edition of IBERMAN LD was held, where the Portuguese Rafael Gomes and Maria Jesús Sierra won.

More than 40 degrees they had to endure the triathletes who faced the 3,8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling and the 42 km of running.

Iván Tejero he was the leader of the race until he reached the 21 km of the race on foot, where the heat was with him and he had to abandon the test. Rafael Gomes until then second classified I take advantage of the situation reaching the finish line in first position with a time of 09: 42: 47, followed by Joao Pedro Olivera with a final time of 09: 53: 39 and in third position Carlos Alberto Viñas (10: 34: 00)

In the female category the victory was for Maria Jesus Sierra, who has added his fourth triumph in the IBERMAN races he has played. His finish time was 11:52:38 followed by Maria del Carmen Peralta (12: 11: 38) and in third position of Gabriela Vieiter (12: 40: 56)
