The cycling segment is, without a doubt, one of the most challenging and spectacular in the world of triathlon.  

With a distance of 180,2 km, this single-lap circuit will take you through stunning landscapes including lava fields, vineyards in La Geria and panoramic views from the Mirador del Rio.  

It is not only a test of endurance, but also an opportunity to enjoy some of the most beautiful landscapes Lanzarote has to offer. 

Foot Race: The Heat of the Crowd 

Finally, the race circuit on foot 42,2 km It is famous not only for its physical demands but also for the human warmth that the athletes feel during the test.

It consists of three turns and runs mainly along Avenida de Las Playas.  

Spectators line the route to cheer on the triathletes, making each kilometer feel a little shorter.
