Jaume Leiva wins the Cambrils Triathlon 2023

On June 18, Jaume Leiva achieved victory in the Mini Oliva Motor Cambrils Triathlon 2023, in a test where more than 400 triathletes participated.

The Cambrils Triathlon, which celebrated its tenth edition this year, is one of the most outstanding triathlon events on the Costa Daurada.

The day started with good weather conditions, but little by little, in the cycling sector, it changed until finally there was a strong storm.

The test had 2 distances Sprint (0,75 km of swimming, 20 km of cycling and 5 km of running) and Olympic (1,5 km of swimming, 40 km of cycling and 10 km of running).

In the Olympic distance Jaume Leiva took the victory with a time of 01:56:09 in the Olympic distance, while in the women's category the victory went to Anna Vallverdu with a mark of 02: 13: 32.

In the Sprint distance, the first to cross the finish line have been Marcos Crespo with a time of 00:56:42 e Ines Donoso with a record of 01:05:51.
