Javier Gómez Noya abandons the IRONMAN 70.3 Tasmania 

This morning the IRONMAN 70.3 Tasmania was held on a day marked by the weather. 

Spanish competed in the test Javier Gómez Noya, one of the favorites to win the title although he has continued to have bad luck and has had to abandon the competition. 

From the beginning, the men's competition was led by Nick Thompson, who demonstrated his dominance in all disciplines, culminating the test with victory and a time of 3:54:10.  

Mitch followed him on the podium Kibby, (3:58:07) and Cameron Wulf (4: 00: 01). 

Gómez Noya started the race strong, leading the swim with 23:47, but abandoned during the cycling due to technical problems.

The women's competition was not far behind in emotions, with Chelsea Sodaro leading the group and crossing the finish line in 4:18:59, followed by Grace thek y Hanne de vet, who completed the first three places with times of 4:23:30 and 4:26:40, respectively.
