Javier Gómez Noya returns to competition this weekend
The Galician triathlete Javier Gómez Noya will wear a number again this weekend in Madrid, but it will not be in a triathlon test but in the half marathon from the capital of Spain.
The test that celebrates its 20th anniversary will be held on Sunday November 14 with a large lineup of runners who will try to break the record of the event.
Noya, meanwhile, will participate in the test continuing with his preparation for long distance tests, after leaving the Olympic distance in the past games in Tokyo.
The five-time ITU world champion has already participated in this test, as in 2019 that he achieved his personal best in the distance with a chrono of 1:06:48 being the fourth Spanish in the test.
