Swimming:

circuit on Narbonne beach itself, calm waters, of which you usually play quite a few meters until you start swimming. It's a triathlon limited to a few 400 people so the water is not too cramped and you can swim without bumps. It consists of 2 laps, the first of 900m and the second of 1000.

Cycling:

Circuit of three laps, with flat areas and some steep slopes in each of the laps. Last year it blew quite a bit, so not the average speed was not very high and it was quite hard.

The first part of each turn is driven by main roads, then you enter a greener and more beautiful area with a small harbor. The wind there is not as noticeable, the climb bites the legs but is very nice, also when you get up the descent consists of several fast slides with great views of the sea and ends with a more technical area.

Race on foot:

There are three laps to a flat circuit along the promenade of the city, parallel to the sea. People are constantly cheering in the finish area and the refreshments are pretty good. It is a fast run but you have to be aware that it is very hot so wearing a visor or glasses will help. Also important to take care of hydration.
