Lisbon Triathlon beats participation records with almost Spanish 500 on the starting line

The next 2 of May will be held the tenth edition of the Lisbon Triathlon with an 33% Spanish participation.

The capital Lusa hosts this weekend an international triathlon party with the dispute of the Olympic test, the medium distance and the great novelty test by corporate teams.

With more than 1.300 participants being more than 30% Spanish participation, Lisbon Triathlon becomes an important appointment to start the triathlon season.

In the Media distance test they start as favorites Bruno Country, Jose Estrangeiro y Sergio Marques and as a Spanish representation we have Joaquin Fishes, Hector Guerra, Guillermo Lopez, Miguel Largo y Javier Gracia in elite category, among others.

In females, the favorites are Vannessa Pereira o Simone Braendli but we will have to take into account Natalia Raña o Maider Oteiza Jauregi  the other Spanish trick for this international triathlon.

On Saturday at the 7: 30 will kick off this tenth edition.

We remind the Spanish triathletes that they will have a briefing in Spanish on Friday at 18: 00 at the official hotel of the event
