The MASTER project in triathlon was born
La Spanish Federation of Triathlon (FETRI), in its commitment to offer innovative and quality services to triathletes, launches the Master program.
A project that aims to advise, inform and support high competition athletes at the end of their careers. The project will be composed of several axes, which include a first contact to assess each case and then make available to the athlete the services that each requires (doctors, training, etc.).
Medical services include medical care, physiotherapy sessions or psychology consultations. Also, the FETRI it will also facilitate the access of said athletes to the sports facilities in the CAR of Madrid.
In turn, they may opt for a series of training offers such as the course of School of Trainers of the FETRI, the programs PROAD y TUTOR promoted by the Higher Sports Council and the monographic modules and courses offered by the Higher Sports Council.
The FETRI is a pioneer in developing an initiative aimed at supporting, advising and meeting the needs of athletes at the end of their sporting careers.
The project will be coordinated by Manuela Rodríguez (psychologist in the Technical Management area of FETRI, specialized in High Performance sports).
