FETRI job offer: Competitions Department

The Spanish Triathlon Federation (FETRI) has opened a selection process to incorporate a new member to its Competitions Department.

Requirements and Necessary Skills

FETRI is looking for a highly motivated profile with experience in sports management, preferably in the field of triathlon.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate skills in planning and managing sporting events, as well as experience in interacting with public administrations to obtain authorizations, contracts and subsidies.

It is essential to have advanced command of Excel and administrative management tools.

In addition, the ability to communicate in English is required, preferably at level B1 or higher, and knowledge of other languages ​​will be an advantage.

Availability to work on weekends is an essential requirement.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a person with leadership skills, teamwork and excellent customer service.

It is necessary to have a B1 driving license and skills in design and project management tools.

The incorporation is immediate, with plans to start in January 2024.

Experience in Sports Management	Proven experience in work related to sports management, preferably in triathlon.
Experience in Events and Projects	Experience in the area of ​​event operations and project management of sporting events.
Management with Administrations	Experience in management with administrations, especially in event authorizations, contracts and subsidies.
Excel and Management Skills	Advanced and proven experience in the use of Excel and administrative management tools.
Languages	Ability to communicate in English, preferably at least level B1. Knowledge of other languages ​​will be valued.
Weekend Availability	Full availability to work on weekends.
Design and Project Tools	Experience in using design tools (Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.) and project management (Planner, Asana, Trello, etc.).
Office automation knowledge	Knowledge of office software (Word, Power Point, etc.).
Leadership and teamwork	Leadership capacity and ability to work as a team.
B1 driving license	Possess a B1 driving license.
Public attention	Ability to serve the public.
Immediate incorporation	Availability to join the position in January 2024.
