Patricia Díaz and Vicente Hernández, Canary Islands champions

Vicente Hernández, Tenerife with record by the Madrid team Diablillos de Rivas, and the Gran Canaria of the Club Titans of Lanzarote Patricia Díaz this weekend were proclaimed champions of the Canary Islands and absolute winners of the XX Triathlon Real Club Nautico de Arrecife, sprint, which had place in the Canary Islands Park, the beach of the redoubt and the Maritime Avenue of the capital of Lanzarote under the organization of the Real Club Nautico de Arrecife de Lanzarote.

It would reach the last segment of 10 km., That of the fatigue accumulated in the legs, by the Avenida Marítima, where little by little Vicente Hernández was hunting his rivals. It would be the last round that would define the final positions and allow the triumph of Vicente Hernández.
